Although this may fade away slowly as your wife enters last trimester you must consult a good obstetrician so that he or she can suggest right measures to help your wife feel better.

my wife is in fifth months pregnancy. she feels high Dizziness eveready day after dinner only from last two months. even she goes into unconscious state for 2 hours. after 2 hours slowly she wake ups but unable to open eyes and also feels high headache. Neurologist and gynecologist dosent found any problem. waiting for your suggestion.
